Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original Miss Mosa tags attached before securely packaging the item.
Schedule Pickup
Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep within 24-48 hours at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
After our studio verifies the returned piece, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
